🍽️ Lead Server (Trainer) - Fulltime

Position 1 -Wed - Sat 11:30am-8pm

Lead the Floor. Serve the Tables. Set the Standard.

Do you love being on the floor, serving guests and leading a team? Are you happiest when you’re taking tables, coaching staff in the moment, and keeping the dining room humming? If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, this role is for you.

We’re looking for a Lead Server (Trainer) who leads by example—someone who isn’t afraid to grab an apron, take a section, and show the team what great service really looks like.

🌟 What You’ll Do

This is a working lead position. You’re not just managing—you’re serving right alongside the team.

  • Actively take and serve tables during meal service, delivering warm, attentive, professional hospitality
  • Take orders, answer menu questions, deliver meals, refill beverages, and clear tables with grace and efficiency
  • Set the tone on the floor by modeling service standards and professionalism
  • Coordinate seating of residents and guests to ensure smooth, timely service
  • Supervise the appearance of the dining room and server stations
  • Schedule server stations and assign pre- and post-shift side work
  • Train and mentor new and existing servers, including safety and service protocols
  • Manage meal counts, reservations, and additional charges using the POS system
  • Communicate with the Dining Room Manager regarding flow, staffing, and guest experience
  • Step in where needed—from beverage and bar service to hands-on support during busy shifts

Bottom line: you’re the go-to leader and an exceptional server.

  • Comfort using POS systems
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Required state health and/or alcohol certification
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine love of hospitality
