HealthFitness is diving into summer and looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our community client site in Beaumont, TX!

This part-time role (up to 19 hours/week) is perfect if you love the water, enjoy working with people, and want a fun, active way to boost your income.

Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old.

  • Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

  • Must have a strong swim background.

  • Proficiency in all swim strokes.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $15 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
