Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager (In Training)
Location: 34655 66th St. N, Unit 22 B, Kenneth City, FL 33709
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience)
Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan support

 

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time Center Manager in Training role in Kenneth City. This is a great opportunity for PTs with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

You’ll treat a diverse patient population while learning to manage clinic operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence. Promotion to Center Manager is possible within 12–18 months, based on performance and readiness.

  • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience. 
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
  • CPR Certification
