Position Overview
CT United is looking for a Gameday Experience Intern to help deliver a welcoming, exciting, and memorable matchday environment for fans. This highly visible, fan-facing position supports guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement to help ensure every match feels organized, energetic, and community-driven while providing hands-on experience in live event execution.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and present an assigned educational project
- Assist with planning and execution of matchday fan experience
- Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations
- Serve as a frontline guest services ambassador
- Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment
- Help gather fan feedback and post-match insights
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
- Interest in live event management, hospitality, or event sponsorship
- Prior experience with athletics, events, customer service, or operations
