Position Overview

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians in Edinburg and surrounding Shenandoah Valley areas of Virginia.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision and support children with autism in building critical life and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Record data accurately
• Participate in supervision
• Communicate with families and team members

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation within the Edinburg area
• ABA experience preferred
• RBT preferred but not required

In-person role across Edinburg and nearby Virginia areas
