Job Description

Eagle Hill is seeking an experienced OCM practitioner to help drive the successful adoption of a complex, enterprise-level CRM implementation for a large commercial client engagement. They will partner with the systems integrator and a team of Eagle Hill change consultants to achieve end user proficiency and adoption.  This position is located in Houston, TX.  Applicants must be willing and able to work on client site daily. We consider applicants local to Houston, TX, as well as those willing to travel weekly to the client site.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day oversight and professional development of Eagle Hill employees
  • Manage relationships with and serve as the on-site point of contact for client and integrator stakeholders
  • Develop and execute change management strategies in accordance with Eagle Hill and other best practice methodologies
  • Develop and execute engagement and communication plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Conduct robust current state-to-future state gap analysis and change impact analysis to quantify the scale of change to end users and stakeholders.  Identify activities and strategies to minimize impacts and/or increase stakeholder preparedness for change
  • Partner with Training and Functional Teams to provide input into the development of comprehensive training programs and assets
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and other deployment activities
