Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a territory and installing or servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience
  • Maintain a neat and safe work area at all times
  • Strive for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Exhibit integrity to all customers and exceed their expectations
  • Comply with all local codes using quality materials and never taking shortcuts
  • Master the products, materials, and supplies we provide especially relating to tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters and fixture replacement and repairs
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment
  • Convey a safety conscious attitude in regards to yourself, your customers, your fellow employees, and the general public at all times
  • Operate company provided equipment according to the safety guidelines approved by the manufacturer
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with local and state laws and in a manner that ensures your safety and the safety of those around you
  • Maintain cleanliness of company truck inside and out
  • Any other assigned duties as directed, to include but no limited to, all duties outlined
  • This role will also involve participating in our on-call rotation to ensure timely response to customer service requests outside of regular business hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing installation experience
  • Preferred Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or state-required equivalent)
  • Proven ability to lead installation crews and oversee job sites
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, and schematics
  • Experience with new construction and retrofit installations
  • Ability to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion
  • Valid driver's license and ability to transport tools and materials
