MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of any General Education Development Testing Program (GED); post-secondary education preferred. Three or more years of experience working in a related work field. Ability to establish effective working relationships; strong verbal and written communication; and advanced skills technology skills required.
GOAL
Facilitate all division functions in a highly skilled, organized and professional manner with informed accountability and sound judgement to ensure efficient operation and to support the District’s major system priorities.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as content expert; specifically familiar with division processes, procedures, resources and platforms; and additionally skilled in analysis and problem solving related to division responsibilities.
- Organize information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data to complete required projects and reports.
- Identify stakeholder/employee requirements by establishing a professional rapport and providing assistance; including worksite or school inspections to understand facility or training needs.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing District policies and procedures; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team projects and effort to accomplish division collaborative goals.
- Maintain division appropriate records, statistics, and other information; enter accurate and timely data.
- In conjunction with appropriate personnel, assist in the development, coordination and delivery of required employee training to support division efficiency and operation.
- Advise supervisor of all matters involving regulatory compliance and complete audits as required.
- Operate standard office technology and division specific applications, as required by the position.
- Prepare and maintain all correspondence, reports, manuals, and other materials on general or technical subjects; draft routine acknowledgements in response to inquiries that do not require supervisory approval.
- Perform all assignments in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Demonstrate skilled problem solving, independence and good judgement in the execution of daily assignments.
- Possess and maintain valid and appropriate license, certificate and/or credential as may be required for this position.
- Follow work scheduling and attendance requirements in a regular, predictable and punctual manner.
- Participate, successfully, in the training programs and conferences to increase the individual’s skill and proficiency related to the assignment.
- Review current developments, literature and technical sources of information related to job responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to good safety procedures.
- Follow federal and state laws, as well as School Board policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
