Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician Overnights

Location: Lake Worth, FL 60 bed DTX/RTC

Company: Recovery Unplugged

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift


Position Overview:
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for overseeing and providing direct support to individuals undergoing treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The BHT serves as a key member of the treatment team, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care and maintaining the safety and well-being of individuals in the program. This position involves leading a team of Behavioral Health Technicians, facilitating treatment activities, and monitoring client progress.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain rapport with clients with behavioral or emotional issues.
  • Ensure clients follow house rules and complete intake and discharge procedures.
  • Perform drug testing and document results in KIPU.
  • Conduct Q15 safety checks on clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility property.
