The Role — Real Estate Ambassador

It is a relationship-driven, high-trust role, centered on connecting the right people to a place that holds long-term meaning.

As a Real Estate Ambassador, you will:

•      Identify and connect with individuals aligned with the vision of Catuçaba

•      Introduce the opportunity of ownership within the estate

•      Build relationships based on trust, clarity and long-term alignment

•      Guide conversations with potential buyers, from first connection to advanced discussions

•      Collaborate with our local team and legal partners for final structuring and closing

What this role requires

•      A strong, relevant international network (entrepreneurs, families, global citizens)

•      The ability to hold high-level conversations around lifestyle, ownership and long-term value

•      A refined sense of alignment — knowing who truly belongs in a place like Catuçaba

•      Natural relationship-building skills, with discretion and integrity

•      Comfort navigating both emotional and financial aspects of a decision
