Our Digital Experience team works with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage technology in ways that will generate revenue, reduce costs, and allow NetJets to execute on its mission to deliver exceptional experiences as the worldwide leader in private aviation. Your role will be to guide and mature the digital experience strategy and ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives. You’ll come into the role with experience in business and digital strategy, design thinking, Scaled Agile Framework, and cross-functional project delivery.
You’ll also be joining a team of experienced internal consultants that lead large initiatives throughout the organization. We’re a group dedicated to thought leadership, holistic problem solving, business readiness, organizational change management, and process improvement on initiatives that are designed to transform business capabilities that sustain the NetJets mission and vision.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of management, business, and consulting experience (strategy/marketing/digital preferred)
- Experience leading matrixed teams, accepting responsibility for deliverables, outcomes and expectation management
- Focused on outcomes with the ability to prioritize and focus teams on critical thinking and decision making
- Extensive experience using, teaching and influencing the use of process improvement, project management, business capability analysis, business change management techniques and technology solutions to solve complex business issues
- Ability to effectively communicate throughout the organization from senior leaders to individual contributors
- Experience developing business cases for program approvals and funding
- Strength in coaching and mentoring managers in becoming change agents for their teams
- Ability to effectively partner with third parties in delivery of business capability improvements
- Strength in communicating the "Why" of the organizational initiatives through effective storytelling
