Job Description

Chenega Sentinel 360 is seeking a Management Analyst to support security operations and administrative functions at a government facility in Albuquerque, NM. This role provides analytical, system, and administrative support to improve the effectiveness of security services, access control operations, and alarm monitoring activities.

 

** This position is contingent upon contract award **

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to enhance security operations and efficiency
  • Perform data entry, monitoring, and analysis within access control and alarm monitoring systems
  • Review security activity, alarm data, and system usage to identify issues and trends
  • Assist with access control scheduling, user access monitoring, and system updates
  • Identify and correct user display or alarm data issues within security systems
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations related to security operations and performance
  • Support development and maintenance of security-related policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Ensure security system users comply with established access and log-out requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience performing management analysis, program analysis, or administrative support
  • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting federal government contracts, security programs, or similar regulated environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience developing reports, metrics, trackers, and analytical documentation
  • Experience supporting operational planning, staffing analysis, or workforce metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to interpret PWS/SOW requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
