About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Team supporting hiring needs across Poland and India. You would be supporting roles within our Dyson Shared services and Group functions business areas.

In this role, you'll deliver outstanding operational recruitment, identify and drive process improvement initiatives, support with TA reporting, and build trusted relationships with a variety of Internal stakeholders.


Strategic Talent Acquisition Support

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.

  • Advise managers through the end-to-end hiring process, including interviewing best practices.

  • Develop creative, cost-effective sourcing approaches to attract diverse, high-quality candidates for all Dyson functions and levels.

  • Use a mix of direct sourcing channels, social media, and professional networks—adapting to emerging recruitment trends.

  • Conduct first-line interviews, recommending top candidates and continually improving hiring processes.

  • Build Dyson’s employer brand in the market and proactively keep candidates engaged.

Candidate & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Support hiring managers in creating clear, effective job descriptions.

  • Maintain strong engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Foster strategic partnerships with business leaders across Dyson.

  • Provide guidance on market insights and ensure legal compliance in recruitment.

Data / Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Share actionable insights with stakeholders to support decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

  • Support the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and frameworks that boost recruitment effectiveness and deliver measurable results.


About you

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Demonstrated experience hiring for a global organisation, with a track record of recruiting talent in diverse markets, including India and Poland.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of various passive and direct recruiting techniques, social media platforms and professional networking channels 

  • Confident working with data and reports. Able to interpret key metrics, analyse recruitment trends, and use insights to drive hiring strategies and recommend improvements.

  • Skilled in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle components including, but not limited to: sourcing, screening, networking, assessing, gathering feedback, negotiation and onboarding 

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required, Ideally Workday.

  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels within the organization and with external candidates 

  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders 

  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills 

  • Positive, ‘can-do’ approach and attitude with a natural customer service focus 

  • Highly motivated, focused and self-directed individual 

  • Courage and confidence to make difficult decisions 

  • Organized under pressure
