As a Controlling Intern (m/f/d), you will directly report to the Compounding and Ingredients Controllers for the Vernier site. You will join our Controlling Department in Vernier for a 3-month internship starting on June 1st.
During this paid internship, you will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment where your initiative will be valued. You will also strengthen your skills in Controlling, Accounting, and gain a deeper understanding of Industrial Operations within a dynamic global company.
In this exciting role you will:
Support the Vernier Controllers during the budget preparation period by performing the following activities:
Help prepare financial reports, ensuring accurate updates of measurements.
Contribute to business case development by validating assumptions and compiling cost and margin analyses.
Perform data structuring and consistency checks of Latest Estimates (LE) and Budget inputs, ensuring accuracy and readiness for consolidation.
Help document controlling procedures and maintaining financial data integrity following Givaudan standards.
Participate in Vernier Operations and project meetings, providing analytical support.
You?
Pursue university studies in Business, Accounting, or Finance (a convention de stage/university agreement is mandatory).
Fluent in English and French.
Interest or first experience in Finance and Controlling.
A curious and analytical mindset.
Proficiency with computer tools (SAP is beneficial).
