What You’ll Do

  • Perform standard responsibilities as a machine operator within the department.
  • Daily communication with a supervisor, other operators, and other shifts to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas for Safety, On-Time Delivery, Quality, Cost Reduction and Efficiency.
  • Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable.
  • Be able to perform parts inspection as listed on the documented procedures and enter data into a computerized collection system.
  • Demonstrate good housekeeping ability.
  • Work in a safe manner.
  • Safely handle materials of various sorts.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What You Bring

  • High school or equivalent
  • Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable comfort
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (no marijuana test)
  • Able to pass a physical and background check
  • Capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math skills
  • Available with respect to required work hours
  • Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free
  • At least 1 years’ experience operating industrial production equipment preferred.
