Job Description

Reliability Test Planning and Execution:
Design and execute reliability test plans, including environmental tests, life tests, accelerated aging tests, etc.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect test data, perform statistical analysis, and identify potential reliability issues.
Problem Identification and Resolution:
Identify and analyze issues encountered during testing, and propose improvement suggestions.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvement measures and conduct subsequent verification tests.
Formulation of Reliability Improvement Plans:
Based on test results, develop and implement reliability improvement plans.
Participate in new product development processes and provide reliability design verification recommendations.
Documentation Writing and Maintenance:
Write and maintain reliability test plans, test reports, and improvement plan documents.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents, and compliance with internal company standards.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with design, development, testing, and quality assurance teams to ensure effective implementation of reliability test results and improvement measures.
