steam, electric thermal solutions, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid
technologies.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about customer service and sales administration to register their interest in future EMEA Customer Service Administrator roles working hybrid from any of our EMEA locations. 

What you’ll do:

• Be the main point of contact for customers once orders are placed.
  
• Accurately process orders in our ERP/CRM systems.
  
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and handle returns.
  
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and internal teams to resolve queries.
  
• Help improve processes that enhance the customer experience.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Due to the natue of our business, the ability to speak additional EMEA languages is highly beneficial. 
  
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales administration (B2B preferred).
  
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  
• Great communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP/CRM systems.
  
• A proactive, collaborative approach.
