We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow technical skills while contributing to custom software solutions that support business and customer needs.
 
The Developer will work closely with senior developers, analysts, and project stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support software applications built on the Microsoft .NET platform.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and support of custom software solutions
  • Develop code enhancements and bug fixes under the guidance of senior team members
  • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality and performance
  • Follow established development standards, best practices, and software lifecycle methodologies
  • Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
  • Assist with maintaining technical documentation, including system design, procedures, and support documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities for software releases
  • Recommend minor improvements to existing applications to better support business needs
  • Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and project discussions
  • Help create user guides and training materials as needed
  • Continue learning modern development practices, tools, and frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in .NET development
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and database development concepts
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Exposure to debugging, unit testing, and version control tools such as Git
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn from senior developers and apply feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Blazor, Web APIs, or MVC
  • Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) concepts
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
  • Internship, co-op, or prior hands-on development project experience
  • Microsoft or related technical certifications are a plus but not required

What we offer you:

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The exact salary will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a competitive bonus program based on individual and company performance.
