About the Role

The Administrative Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations across finance, payroll, billing, and general office functions. This position blends detail-oriented, data-driven responsibilities with broader administrative and team support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are exactly the same.


Key Responsibilities


Financial & Billing Support

  • Perform regular payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy
  • Manage and submit Long Term Care (LTC) insurance claims
  • Respond to billing and LTC-related inquiries from clients and partners

Caregiver Support

  • Assist Caregivers with payroll, PTO, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Support onboarding compliance and documentation
  • Track and coordinate annual reviews

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Provide basic phone system and administrative technical support
  • Complete compliance-related tasks and documentation
  • Assist with process improvements and cross-functional projects as needed

Marketing & Systems Support

  • Assist with administrative marketing materials and updates
  • Perform simple website updates and content changes
  • Support internal systems and workflow improvements


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and systems


Preferred:

  • Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to resolve them
