Occupational Therapist (OT) - Cypress Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Cypress Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a OT, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal levels of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals

  • Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to, sensory integration, cognitive therapy, and activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic care and effective communication

  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

  • Participate in patient education and staff training programs to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and company standards

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current licensure/certification in the state of [State]
