Job Description

As a TMA, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, administer medications accurately, and ensure each person receives compassionate, individualized care. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, respect, and a heart for service.

Pay & Incentives

  • Starting NAR Wages: $20.63–$24.54/hour (based on experience)

  • Additional Pay: +$1/hour while on TMA shift

  • Shift Differentials: +$2/hour evenings | +$3/hour overnights

  • 100% Experience Credit for previous relevant work

  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for certified applicants (paid over 1 year)

Qualifications

  • Current NAR (Nursing Assistant Registered) certification
