What the day will look like
- Retain and grow Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.
- Facilitate critical relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
- Ensure client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered.
- Project manage all Aon and industry-related resources to achieve client objectives.
- Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with 3X3 plan
- Ensure that the full value of involved ARS specialists and practice groups is promoted.
- Understand and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values.
- Act as a trusted business adviser on all pertinent issues. Monitor client satisfaction. Report and resolve client issues and concerns. Review client expectations to ensure the relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial.
- Manage “global tie in” policies in addition to broking of pure local placements
- Drive the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.
- Coordinate with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies.
- Serve as a resource of industry, product or market area expertise to internal and external clients, including GAMS (Global Account Management System)
- Manage input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.
- Ensure that account data supports the integrity of company accounting and tracking systems. Manage expenses.
- Ensure operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements (e.g., Transparency & Disclosure, Aon Compliance requirements).
- Upselling, Cross-Selling, DAU, 3X3, 4X4
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Licensed in all provinces where your client has operations, including Quebec.
- Insurance Technical Expertise
- Insurance courses such as CAIB, CIP and CRM
- French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
