Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics and advanced repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
• Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status, timelines, and additional service needs
• Ensure all warranty and manufacturer repairs meet compliance standards
• Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and adhere to all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Certification required 
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a dealership or independent technician
• Deep understanding of all automotive systems and diagnostics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and comfort with digital diagnostic systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
