Pay: $85,000–$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person | Local B2B and individual sales

Your Impact
Mentor and support team members, helping them grow their skills, confidence, and achievements
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and deliver solutions that provide peace of mind
Conduct engaging presentations, both one-on-one and in groups, tailored to client needs
Maintain follow-ups and schedules to ensure clients and teammates feel fully supported
Collaborate with leadership to create a culture of encouragement, growth, and shared success
