Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective solution delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions.
Analyze and document business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, analyzing and improving business processes.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Advanced English and Spanish.
