Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer information in freight systems to support documentation workflows.
- Release documents according to customer instructions.
- Keep Supervisor/Manager informed of any issues affecting service, cargo delivery, or customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and summarize daily production reports.
- Verify customer‑submitted information for accurate Bill of Lading processing.
- Communicate with customers, port offices, and destination offices when needed to complete documentation.
- Collaborate with BL Revision Department to ensure corrections are timely and accurate after sailings.
- Work with Pricing Department to ensure rate requests and verifications are entered and followed up appropriately.
- Proactively handle internal and external customer requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework preferred. (Recently Graduated from Universities will be considered)
- 6 months –1 year general office experience or recently graduated from Collage-Universities
- This role DOES NOT required work experience; Soft skills and typing will be evaluated

Technical Skills</span
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong data entry skills (5,000 kph, 93% accuracy).
