Job Summary

Are you a top performer in tech retail (Apple, Best Buy, Verizon) who is bored with fixing screens and ready to build a high-income B2B career? We are looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to lead our growth.

This is a high-visibility, sales-first role. You aren’t working a help desk; you are the face of the company. You will walk into Plano’s small businesses, identify their critical pain points, and engineer the technical roadmaps that help them thrive. If you have a "Hunter" mentality and the "Tech Knack," we want you on our team.

The Mission (What You’ll Do)

  • Technical Solution Engineering: You don’t just sell products; you design productivity. You’ll audit business networks and security to engineer custom IT proposals.

  • The Art of the Deal: You own the full sales cycle—from the initial "Nerd" discovery meeting to presenting the solution and closing the contract.

  • Aggressive Business Development: Actively hunt for new opportunities in the Plano area. You are the engine of our growth and the primary driver of new revenue.

  • Onboarding Success: Once the deal is closed, you’ll coordinate with our lead technicians to ensure the client’s transition to our managed services is flawless.

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to our clients, ensuring their technology scales alongside their business success.
