Job Purpose:
- To provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for the company's products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer locations, adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, diagnosing malfunctions and replacing faulty components.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on service progress.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing field service duties.
- Collaborate with other technical staff and departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements related to the company's products and services.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required, providing timely support to customers during non-business hours.
This position may require occasional overnight travel, depending on project or business needs.
