SUMMARY 

The Pool Expeditor ("Asistente de Mesero/a") position assists the Food Servers in the performance of their duties to achieve complete customer satisfaction and ensures the creation of successful dining experience for our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES




  • Cordially and professionally presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.

  • Employs suggestive selling techniques to stimulate sales.

  • Actively observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.

  • The pool food expeditor diligently ensures that beverages at the guests' tables are consistently filled and maintained.

  • Checks with the guest after 3-4 minutes after serving the meals, in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Is responsible for entire section of the pool deck (cleanliness, sanitation, organization, etc.).

  • Is responsible for complete knowledge of menus, including cooking time, ingredients, etc.

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
