Bianchi Pizza & Pasta at the Bahia Resort Hotel is an exciting new restaurant concept from Evans Hotels. Specializing in Italian cuisine, artisanal pizza, and carefully crafted drinks, Bianchi will highlight the finest artisan ingredients, authentic Italian flavors, and traditional cooking techniques. ESSENTIAL DUTIES




  • Makes eye contact and smiles warmly when welcoming our guests.

  • Is aware of reservation names in advance of guest's arrival.

  • Seats guests according to a pre-arranged seating plan and initiates light conversation while doing so.

  • Hands menus to guests and takes drink order to expedite and improve service, as necessary.

  • Manages the reservation book to ensure all reservations are honored for the correct time in order to enhance guest satisfaction as well as operational efficiency.

  • Ensures appropriate menus are available for distribution (i.e. lunch, dinner etc.).

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
