As an HR Intern, you support the Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment efforts
What You�ll Do:
- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts by posting jobs across multiple platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate candidate communications including interview confirmations, thank-you notes, and status updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to university relations and early-career recruitment programs, such as internship or co-op planning, career fair preparation, and networking events.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects, reporting, and data analysis related to hiring trends.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed (filing, scheduling, data entry).
- Additional projects and duties as needed.
What You�ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; currently pursuing a bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in talent acquisition and recruiting best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
