What You’ll Do:

  • Cook
    and prepare a variety of dishes following Saigon Hustle’s standardized
    recipes and production guidelines.
  • Set up
    your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare
    ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and peeling.
  • Safely
    use a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves,
    and slicers.
  • Arrange,
    garnish, and portion food according to Saigon Hustle’s presentation
    guidelines.
  • Properly
    store food by following food safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain
    a clean and sanitized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
  • Provide
    excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards
    guests, team members, and customers.
  • Follow
    Saigon Hustle’s safety policies and food safety regulations.
  • Assist
    with other tasks as assigned by management.

    be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid
    Food Handler's Card required.
