Collaborates with production supervisors to identify training needs and map out training plans for production employees. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for production employees.

- Upholds and follows all safety rules and regulations, both in daily work and in the development of training programs.
- Trains production employees on measurement tools, blueprint reading, and more.
- Regularly assess the efficacy of training programs and makes improvements as needed.
- Designs, prepares, and orders educational aids and materials.
- Develops and maintains training documentation.
- Collaborates with production supervisors and operations leadership to identify training needs and map out training plans.
- Gathers training program feedback and makes recommended changes.
- Assists with new hire onboarding.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Requirements
- Solid understanding of measurement tools, blueprints, and other topics the training programs center on.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively lead training programs.
- Computer proficiency (use of ERP systems and Microsoft suite of products).
- Strong organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Prior training experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
