What you´ll do
- The Technical Operator is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on packaging line equipment while minimizing the interruption to production.
- The individual in this role is also expected to operate equipment on a regular basis when maintenance issues are not addressed.
- The open position is available on 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM).
- Troubleshoot, repair and make adjustments to packaging line equipment
- Clean and change over packaging line equipment as necessary with minimal downtime
- Perform Time Based Maintenance (TBM) tasks on equipment
- Operate packaging line equipment
- Follow and maintain equipment centerlines
- Perform basic to intermediate mechanical activities
What makes you a good fit
- 2 to 3 years of current or recent production operation or industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing/packaging equipment (mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors) as well as hand and power tools
- Availability to work 2nd shift (2:30pm -10:30 PM) schedule as well as weekend overtime shifts as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical coursework preferred
- Basic to intermediate computer (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and math skills
- Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.80. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
