Job Description
Unity House of Troy’s Domestic Violence Program is seeking a dedicated individual to assist with coordinating access to safe and stable housing for survivors of domestic & sexual violence.  This role plays a critical part in supporting individuals as they navigate housing options and rebuild stability.


This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services to survivors of domestic violence 
  • Assist clients with personalized safety planning 
  • Offer referrals to community resources and support services 
  • Coordinate housing resources and program services 
  • Manage housing program operations, including waitlists and application processes 
  • Participate in the RCHSC coordinated entry system 
  • Foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging 

Qualifications:

  • College degree and/or prior experience working with survivors of domestic violence or similar populations preferred 
  • High school diploma or GED required, along with relevant experience 
  • Valid and clean New York State driver’s license 
  • Reliable transportation required
