Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to survivors of domestic violence
- Assist clients with personalized safety planning
- Offer referrals to community resources and support services
- Coordinate housing resources and program services
- Manage housing program operations, including waitlists and application processes
- Participate in the RCHSC coordinated entry system
- Foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or prior experience working with survivors of domestic violence or similar populations preferred
- High school diploma or GED required, along with relevant experience
- Valid and clean New York State driver’s license
- Reliable transportation required
