Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehab is now hiring for a Full-Time Driver for two of our facilities who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. QUALIFICATIONS OF Driver:
- Must have an active STNA license
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to drive a lift vehicle to transport residents to/from doctors appointments, activites, and other events
- Complete pre inspections before use of vehicle
- Monitor regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Schedule resident appointments.
- Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the CCRC community
- Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
- Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Safely load, transport, and unload residents
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
- Assist in the evacuation of residents
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
