Implementation & Support Consultant
Location
: London-based, with travel to client sites
Salary: £40-50k, dependent on experience

The Role

As an Implementation & Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role in how our customers experience our platform. You’ll work directly with customers around the world to implement our solution and support them post go-live. From understanding business challenges to configuring solutions, delivering training, and resolving issues, you’ll combine consulting, delivery, and problem-solving to help customers get real value from the platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant degree, such as Computer Science, Maths or Business
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Business Transformation, PMO, Consulting, Service Desk, GRC, or SaaS Support
  • Confident, customer-facing communicator who enjoys building strong relationships
  • Technically curious and business-minded, with strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions to improve business outcomes
  • A self-starter who works well autonomously in a fast-paced environment
