• Responsible for the safe preparation of meals and ordering of food and supplies for individual feeding site (participation will vary from site to site).
• Supervise daily service of meals at feeding site in accordance with regulations set out by the State Department of Education and USDA.
• Accurately record the number of complete meals and ensure that all meals served meet the meal pattern requirements.
• Complete daily required records in accordance with regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate with site assistants in completing daily service records.
• Responsible for supervision of site assistants.
• Responsible for maintaining physical feeding site with assistance from site assistants.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Program Supervisor/Monitor.
