· Gather
project requirements from Project Managers (PMs), including job scope,
duration, location, budget, and skill sets.
· Prioritize
internal employees and ICAs for redeployment using the Resource Allocation
Excel and PSC CV database.
· Source
external candidates via:
o Internal
resume databases and passive candidate lists
o Job
portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, Career Future, Jobsbank, Career
Site)
o Referrals
and advertisements
2. Candidate
Screening & Evaluation
· Conduct
phone and email pre-screening to assess:
o Relevant
experience and technical fit
o Interest
in consultancy roles and contract work
o Compensation
expectations and availability
· Compile
screening notes and assessments for PM review.
· Maintain
and update passive candidate lists and interview trackers.
3. Interview
Coordination & Offer Process
· Arrange
client interviews and provide candidates with:
o Interview
schedule, location, and panel details
o Job
descriptions and interview tips
· Facilitate
offer process for selected candidates (Perm/ICA) in coordination with HR
Operations.
· Prepare
PSC CVs and advise PMs on bill rates and work pass requirements.
4. Database &
Document Management
· Maintain
organized CV folders in OneDrive for:
o Current
permanent staff
o Current
ICAs
o Potential
candidates
· Update
Resource Allocation Excel with changes in project assignments, new hires, and
resignations.
· Archive
and refresh weekly recruitment documents and meeting minutes.
5. Recruitment
Reporting & Communication
· Prepare
and send Weekly Recruitment Meeting Minutes to leadership.
· Participate
in weekly recruitment meetings to discuss:
o Pending
submissions
o Upcoming
projects
o Resource
availability
Benefits
· Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
· 2+
years of recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences or consulting
· Familiarity
with Singapore employment practices and work pass requirements
· Proficient
in Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, and resume database management
· Strong
communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
· Detail-oriented
with a proactive approach to candidate engagement and documentation
