In addition to the requirements listed above for the various positions, all classified substitutes must have a valid TB test dated within the past 4 years and have fingerprint clearance in the San Diego County Clearinghouse Database. Employees must also pass a drug screening and pre-employment physical.

· Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) Aide Substitute - $18.00/hour

You will need to show proof that you’ve completed 6 units of Early Childhood Development Units and have a valid CPR card

· Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) Teacher Substitute - $20.00.00/hour

You will need to show proof that you’ve completed 12 units of Early Childhood Development Units and have a valid CPR card

· Health Technician Substitute - $19.00/hour

You will need a valid CPR Card and will have to be trained by an on-site nurse

· Special Education Aide Substitute - $20.00/hour

· Office Assistant/Child Nutrition Services Substitute – $21.50/hour (OA)/$18.00 (CNS)

You will need a valid Food Handler’s Card. This position is OA most of the day, with 1 hour as CNS.

· Administrative Assistant Substitute - $21.50/hour

You will need a valid CPR Card

· Library Media Specialist Substitute - $21.50/hour

$18.00 - $21.50 per hour depending on position
