We’re looking for our next Sales Support Specialist. Could It Be You?

This position will support the Sales & Distribution team by leading the various reporting for the Sales and Origination business.  This includes Monthly and Annual tracking along with key internal business reporting.

Reporting to the Manager, National Sales Support, the Sales Support Specialist will support the Manager in administrative and sales functions for the Residential Lending portfolio. The goal of the Specialist  is to support the Sales & Distribution Team to fulfill department objectives which in turn, will support corporate goals, while leveraging AI to create efficiencies within their work.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the Manager through activity management and other administrative support.

  • Administrate the Broker/Partner status program, including monthly commission reporting, working with cross function teams on program updates and determining broker eligibility.

  • Prepare and edit professional presentations (Sales meetings, broker feedback, etc.)

  • Partner with the Events and Marketing team on ad hoc assignments.

  • Manage national events calendar for Sales Team.

  • Maintain on-going Sales Reporting and Volume Bonus Reporting.

  • Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on behalf of the Sales & Distribution Team.

  • Prepare commission reporting.

  • Follow AML procedures on all files with an emphasis on “Know Your Client” rules.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

  • Have superior interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Have strong knowledge of business software including Salesforce, Google and Microsoft office.

  • Have solid written and verbal business communication skills.

  • Are capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.

  • Are self-motivated, confident and capable of working both independently and in a team environment. 

  • Can bring a positive, can-do attitude to our organization, using creative solutions to solve problems.

  • Can establish and build on healthy working relationships with your team and peers.

 

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $50,000 - $60,000

  • The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
