AUTOMOTIVE SALES REP & CLIENT ADVISOR –

Reliable Toyota Lexus & BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield

Salary Potential:

50k-140k - Earn Hourly Wage + Monthly Commission + Weekly Cash-Bonuses

$18 per hour for 40 hour pay plan available

Work Schedule:

Rotating schedule with flexibility:

Must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays

Qualifications:

-Strong desire to be coached into a master sales representative & succeed in a fun & competitive environment

-Ability to be open minded & coachable

-Ability to function well in high paced, and at times, stressful environment.

-Ability to stay self-driven and communicate effectively

-Ability to have a professional appearance as well as a positive, friendly attitude

 

Responsibilities:

-Learn & execute the ten selling steps

-Assist new and returning clients with the purchase of a pre-owned or new vehicle

-Communicate with Sales Manager during every transaction

-Communicate with customers in a straightforward, honest manner before, during and after the sale.

-Log and update CRM everyday and clear assigned leads

-Assist in daily activities to keep dealership, lot, and surrounding area up-to standard.
