Job Description

Job Title:

Triathlon Social Media / Communications Manager

Job Summary:

Womens triathlon is looking for 1-2 positions based on the number of hours available to work per week by the applicant.

Full Job Description:

Social Media / Communications manager duties include and not limited to:
  • weekly posts minimum on USF triathlon social media accounts 
  • race coverage on social media (including pre and post race recap as well as during if applicable)
  • organize and communicate post race results to communications department at USF
  • potential travel to races such as regionals and championship
  • attending a few specialty practices that involve overseeing equipment allowing opportunity for social media posts
  • driving school van for safety purposes allowing opportunity for social media posts (need to meet USF requirements)
The Operations Coordinator duties include but not limited to: 
  • Coordinating all team travel including flights, transportation, itinerary
  • order fall / spring apparel 
  • manage bike maintenance and equipment (bike knowledge is helpful but not necessary - will be directed by head coach)
  • attending a few specialty practices that involve overseeing equipment 
  • driving school van for safety purposes (need to meet USF requirements
