Floor Technicians are responsible for the maintenance of their assigned areas, establishing a world-class effective interface with client/customers, and adherence to the rules and regulations set forth at time of hire.  At the highest level, CSM associates must (a) be committed to our mission and vision and (b) drive profitability of the company.  

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Perform proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped, or waxed as well as carpet cleaning
• Breakdown and reassemble all set-ups of tables, chairs, etc. necessary to properly perform cleaning duties
• Responsible for returning each piece of equipment assigned to “inspection ready” condition daily

Job Qualifications

• High aptitude for customer service in high volume client interaction environment
• Janitorial experience is preferred but not required
• Passing a 10-year pre-employment background screening 
• Be legally eligible to work in US. We use E-verify to approve all new employees
• Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts any day of the week
• Complete ad-hoc safety and specialized Training
• Capacity to follow all site-specific safety requirements
• Strong attention to details
