Ready to jumpstart or grow your career while making a lasting impact on children’s lives? Rehab Resources is seeking an enthusiastic Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team serving the Beaver Dam community. This unique opportunity allows you to work with children in both outpatient pediatric therapy and Birth to 3 early intervention services, supporting development during the most critical early years of life.

Whether you’re a new graduate beginning your CFY or an experienced pediatric SLP looking for a rewarding next step, this role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy in environments where children learn and grow best.

This position includes services provided in our Beaver Dam Outpatient Clinic as well as Birth to 3 early intervention services in home and community settings throughout the Beaver Dam area.

As a Pediatric SLP on our team, you will:

  • Provide play-based, family-centered therapy in outpatient and early intervention settings

  • Support infants, toddlers, and young children in developing speech, language, feeding, and early communication skills

  • Coach and empower families with strategies they can use in everyday routines

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal developmental outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners

Why Join Rehab Resources?

We’re therapist-owned and operated, so we understand what matters most to clinicians—support, flexibility, collaboration, and professional growth.

Our team offers:

  • A supportive, collaborative culture where therapists truly support one another

  • Recognition as a Top Workplace for four consecutive years

  • Core values rooted in Agility, Integrity, and Community

  • Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options

  • Mentorship and professional development, including CFY supervision

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive salary

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid licensure and continuing education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations for infants, toddlers, and young children

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide family-centered coaching within the Birth to 3 model

  • Deliver skilled therapy services in outpatient and community environments

  • Participate in IFSP meetings and collaborate with early intervention team members

  • Educate caregivers on strategies that promote communication during everyday routines

If you’re a compassionate, motivated pediatric SLP who is passionate about early intervention and helping children reach their full potential, we would love to connect with you.
