This unique opportunity allows you to work with children in both outpatient pediatric therapy and Birth to 3 early intervention services, supporting development during the most critical early years of life.
Whether you’re a new graduate beginning your CFY or an experienced pediatric SLP looking for a rewarding next step, this role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy in environments where children learn and grow best.
This position includes services provided in our Beaver Dam Outpatient Clinic as well as Birth to 3 early intervention services in home and community settings throughout the Beaver Dam area.
As a Pediatric SLP on our team, you will:
Provide play-based, family-centered therapy in outpatient and early intervention settings
Support infants, toddlers, and young children in developing speech, language, feeding, and early communication skills
Coach and empower families with strategies they can use in everyday routines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal developmental outcomes
Build strong relationships with families and community partners

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations for infants, toddlers, and young children
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide family-centered coaching within the Birth to 3 model
Deliver skilled therapy services in outpatient and community environments
Participate in IFSP meetings and collaborate with early intervention team members
Educate caregivers on strategies that promote communication during everyday routines
