Job Summary
The Enhancement Landscape Laborer supports the installation of landscape improvements and enhancements. This includes planting, mulching, bed preparation, seasonal color installation, and assisting with light hardscape work. Team members work under the direction of a Foreman to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with landscape enhancements such as planting, mulching, bed edging, and seasonal color installs
- Perform bed preparation, soil work, and general site cleanup
- Support minor hardscape installations (pavers, stone, edging, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow direction from Foreman and crew leaders to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
