Program Overview
The Field Management Internship Program is designed to develop future leaders with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of our company. Interns will gain hands-on experience in management processes and leadership skills while working closely with our experienced field leaders, gaining skills that will prepare you for a successful career.
- Duration: The internship will run for 10 weeks, May 27th- July 31, 2026.
- Schedule: Interns are expected to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Location: The internship will be based in our Plano, Texas headquarters, along with field assignments in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Way: Assist in managing day-to-day inventory operations and exciting projects
- Crunch the Numbers: Build financial acumen by growing and optimizing Revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA
- Explore the Company: Collaborate with leaders from various departments and learn about all aspects of our business and how you can apply that to your career path
- Level Up: Participate in engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Be a Hero: Build Human Resource skills by managing real-world employee relations challenges
- Supervision: Work under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals to ensure you receive support and mentorship needed for your growth

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably from the School of Business.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and utilize data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, may be required.
Working Conditions:
This position requires frequent travel via automobile. Must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking. You must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
