What You’ll Do

  • Create Social Media content for Facebook, Instagram and Google
  • Write social media copy suitable for B2B businesses in various industries including Property Management, Health, Retail, Food services, etc.
  • Analyze and respond to incoming reviews
  • Work directly with clients to finalize review responses

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their social media and review presence (often 100+ locations)
  • Deliver content services on time and with high quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients on content and review response strategies
