Job Description:What you’ll do:
You’ll be at the center of operations. Not next to it.
- Break down financial variances and uncover what’s really behind the numbers
- Challenge costs, margins, and operational decisions
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Influence managers and owners directly
- Play a key role in month-end, budgets, and forecasts (not just execute them)
- Improve tools, processes, and how decisions are made

What we’re looking for:
- CPA (required)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (manufacturing is a strong asset)
- Strong analytical mindset (not just technical skills)
- Ability to communicate and challenge senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
