Human Resources Manager
Clear Choice Dermatology, a leading dermatology group operating 14 clinics with a team of 250 dedicated professionals, is seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare organization committed to excellence and patient care. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring our HR practices support our growth and foster a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all administrative functions related to human resources across multiple clinics
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Consult with top executives on strategic planning related to workforce development and organizational growth
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing HR-related issues and fostering effective communication
- Design and implement training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their roles and expectations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
- Proven experience in human resources management, ideally within a healthcare or multi-site organization
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to develop effective training and performance management programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
